This position is for a Platform Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the filing process. Your contributions will ensure that clients receive a seamless experience and that any issues are proactively addressed. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive process improvements. You will be instrumental in aligning development with client needs and operational demands. The impact of your work will directly affect how well the organization serves its clientele. Accountabilities
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and operational teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings to prioritize stakeholder needs.
- Triage data corrections and ProFile inquiries from operations teams.
- Author bug reports and enhancement tickets to capture business requirements.
- Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality, including writing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal development product owners.
- Maintain the QFS order inbox with accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with the invoicing team to troubleshoot client-specific issues.
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager in translation, patent filing, or localization.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with ProFile.
- Experience in operations, product support, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
