A Remote Marketing Manager will lead and manage marketing activities focused on increasing brand awareness and generating high-quality leads across content, PR, paid advertising, and social media. Collaborative work with the Global Marketing team and stakeholders will ensure alignment and impactful marketing strategies for the UK market.
Accountabilities
- Define and deliver the UK marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Work closely with regional stakeholders and Sales to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Plan and produce high-quality content that builds brand awareness and supports lead generation in the UK market.
- Manage the UK PR strategy, including agency relationships and speaking engagements.
- Plan and execute paid advertising activity across relevant channels.
- Collaborate with the Events team to shape the UK event strategy.
- Own the UK awards strategy, including planning and coordination of award campaigns.
- Work with the CRM team to plan and deliver ongoing email nurture campaigns.
- Manage UK social media channels in alignment with global campaigns.
- Support SEA, SEO, paid social, and website optimisation initiatives.
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all UK marketing activity.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role delivering cross‑channel campaigns.
- Excellent writing and editing skills tailored to different audiences.
- Proven ability to combine creative thinking with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in working with data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and seniority levels.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable owning projects.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calm under pressure with a positive problem‑solving approach.
