Accountabilities
- Shape Brand Identity: Design a cohesive visual identity (logo, typography, color palette, brand book) that captures the startup’s vision.
- Craft Intuitive Digital Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows.
- Build a Standout Website: Design and develop a responsive, user-centric website from concept to launch, aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with the founder to refine designs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup environments.
- Background delivering web-based SaaS projects (preferably related to media).
- Strong proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, and AI-based design solutions like framer.com.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications.
- Ability to create or maintain a comprehensive brand guide.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern UX/UI best practices.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time EST.
