Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and program methods for deploying ML models to predict churn risk.

- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to engineer features from customer data.
- Develop software programs and algorithms to cleanse and integrate datasets for ML model training.
- Extract and communicate meaningful insights to optimize churn prediction models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degrees are welcome.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or data engineering, with expertise in machine learning models.
