Accountabilities
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires.

- Own a portfolio of open roles and manage recruitment activities from role intake through sourcing, interviews, offers, and hiring.

Requirements

- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a track record of building qualified talent pipelines.
- Experience delivering recruitment outcomes in fast-paced, scaling, or high-volume environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ability to assess candidates, provide valuable insights, and manage recruitment priorities independently.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work across European time zones and start quickly.
