You will take ownership of product strategy, roadmap definition, and performance optimization across user-facing platforms focused on engagement, communication, and growth. Accountabilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and performance KPIs.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value to maximize growth and engagement.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance and user experience.
- Monitor key product and business metrics, optimizing funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Define clear product requirements for new features and enhancements across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and iteration cycles.
- Present insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders to align on priorities and next steps.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in product ownership or product management with responsibility for roadmap and strategy execution.
- Strong ability to prioritize initiatives using data-driven decision-making and business impact analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product optimization methodologies.
- Solid understanding of product analytics, KPIs, unit economics, and digital growth metrics.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation.
- Basic technical understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and tracking systems.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user journey mapping to improve product experiences.
