You will take ownership of product strategy, roadmap definition, and performance optimization across user-facing platforms focused on engagement, communication, and growth. Working in a highly data-driven environment, you will design and evaluate experiments, translate insights into product improvements, and ensure every initiative contributes to measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and analytics to deliver high-quality product experiences. Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and performance KPIs.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value to maximize growth and engagement.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance and user experience.
  • Monitor key product and business metrics, optimizing funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.
  • Define clear product requirements for new features and enhancements across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and iteration cycles.
  • Present insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders to align on priorities and next steps.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product ownership or product management with responsibility for roadmap and strategy execution.
  • Strong ability to prioritize initiatives using data-driven decision-making and business impact analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product optimization methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of product analytics, KPIs, unit economics, and digital growth metrics.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Basic technical understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and tracking systems.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user journey mapping to improve product experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote teams.
