Monzo is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead for Wealth to drive growth and adoption of wealth-related products (investments, pensions, savings, and insurance) in the United Kingdom. The role shapes go-to-market strategies, crafts messaging, and acts as the voice of the customer to inform product and business decisions. You will collaborate with product, design, research, and marketing teams to ensure impactful launches and customer engagement. This role offers a hybrid or fully remote environment within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new wealth products and feature launches
- Shape product strategy by leveraging market insights, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Craft clear and differentiated messaging, testing and refining positioning to maximize customer engagement and adoption
- Champion the voice of the customer through research, personas, buyer journeys, and actionable insights that influence product decisions
