As a Product Manager focused on Player Onboarding & Activation, you will own one of the most critical growth levers in a fast-scaling i Gaming product ecosystem: converting incoming traffic into engaged, active players.

In this role, you will design and optimize the full early user journey—from first visit through registration, onboarding, first deposit, and first gameplay.

You will work at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and compliance, ensuring seamless, high-converting user experiences.

Operating in a highly data-driven and experimental environment, you will identify friction points, test improvements, and continuously refine the activation funnel.

This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence user growth, retention, and revenue performance.

  • Accountabilities
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end player onboarding funnel, analyzing user behavior to identify drop-offs and improve conversion from visitor to active player.
  • Partner closely with marketing and acquisition teams to align traffic quality, campaign intent, and onboarding performance outcomes.
  • Lead the design and optimization of registration and onboarding flows, ensuring smooth integration with compliance and KYC requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to build intuitive, high-converting user experiences that accelerate time-to-first-value.
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for onboarding and activation-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Present product performance, roadmaps, and insights to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure delivered features meet quality, usability, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive post-launch optimization through continuous monitoring of user behavior, experimentation, and data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience within the i Gaming industry, with a strong focus on user journeys and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of i Gaming products such as online casinos, sports betting or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and complex datasets to drive actionable product decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, compliance, and engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition, onboarding flows, and activation metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence product direction at senior levels.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product optimization is highly valued.
