In this role, you will drive the expansion of our integration capabilities by developing partnerships and creating product integrations with key SaaS providers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure integrations meet customer needs and are seamlessly integrated with other systems. You will manage the entire lifecycle of new partner integrations, from technical and commercial aspects to product launch, ensuring a smooth experience for customers and partners.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of new integrations with third-party SaaS providers, including systems related to accounting, HR, and project management.
  • Serve as the main contact for partners, guiding them through building, publishing, and maintaining integrations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to support integration needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle for integrations, from design and build to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product enhancements.
  • Refine and document integration processes to improve efficiency and partner interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing integrations with third-party products and technologies, especially in SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and technical product management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail, focusing on user experience and data mapping in integrations.
