  • Accountabilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product design process, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, validation, prototyping, and final delivery.
  • Design scalable user experiences for a complex Web Saa S CRM platform, including dashboards, administration panels, workflow management, configuration interfaces, role‑based permissions, and multi‑step user journeys.
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, reusable product patterns that support multiple organizations, industries, and operational scenarios.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate product decisions.
  • Develop hypotheses, build interactive prototypes, analyze product analytics, and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to and expand the design system by creating scalable components and maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.
  • Provide design documentation and implementation support, ensuring design quality throughout development while exploring AI‑powered tools and modern prototyping techniques to enhance workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably within Saa S, B2B, CRM, enterprise software, or workflow‑driven products.
  • Proven experience leading product discovery, framing ambiguous problems, generating hypotheses, and shaping product direction before interface design.
  • Strong systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to design for complex user roles, permissions, workflows, configurations, and scalable business processes.
  • Expertise in designing sophisticated interfaces such as dashboards, data tables, administrative tools, configuration flows, and operational platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, analytics, and evidence‑based design decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, interactive prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
  • Good understanding of frontend development concepts, responsive design, implementation constraints, and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale, evaluate trade‑offs, and work effectively in Agile environments.
  • Professional proficiency in both Ukrainian and English.
  • Experience with AI‑assisted design workflows, CRM platforms, enterprise products, low‑code tools, or API‑driven systems is considered an advantage.
