This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Personal PR & Branding Executive based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for shaping, protecting, and amplifying the public image of a high-profile individual across media, digital platforms, and public appearances. You will play a key role in executing a cohesive personal branding strategy that ensures consistency of voice, narrative, and visual identity across all channels. Accountabilities

  • Support the execution and evolution of a personal brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all public-facing channels.
  • Manage media relations activities including press kits, media briefs, outreach efforts, and coordination of interviews, features, and speaking engagements.
  • Oversee and execute social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ensuring engagement and alignment with brand goals.
  • Develop and refine written content including social copy, talking points, articles, and thought leadership pieces, including ghostwriting when required.
  • Coordinate logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynotes, ensuring strong brand presentation and readiness.
  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and online presence, proactively identifying reputational risks and supporting crisis communications when needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain a high-quality and consistent brand presence across all formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, ideally supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital branding, and content distribution across major platforms.
  • Proven experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or public-facing stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong project management skills with a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; Russian fluency is a strong advantage, and additional languages are a plus.
