This role is designed for highly experienced HR executives who are ready to transition their leadership expertise into meaningful 1:1 coaching for senior professionals across fast-growing and technology-driven environments. You will support leaders in developing clarity, improving decision-making, strengthening communication, and building more fulfilling careers. Operating in a fully remote and global coaching ecosystem, you will work closely with members navigating complex leadership challenges in high-growth organizations. The role blends executive-level HR experience with structured coaching methodologies to create measurable personal and professional impact. You will also contribute to a vibrant coaching community, sharing insights and best practices to continuously improve coaching effectiveness. Accountabilities
- Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to senior professionals, supporting them in leadership development, goal setting, communication, and workplace effectiveness.
- Guide members through structured coaching conversations that improve self-awareness, decision-making, and professional growth.
- Participate in ongoing coach development and training programs to continuously enhance coaching capabilities.
- Communicate with members between sessions via messaging tools to reinforce progress and provide ongoing support.
- Contribute to the coaching community by sharing tools, insights, and best practices that strengthen overall coaching impact.
- Uphold a high standard of empathy, respect, and psychological safety in all member interactions.
- Act as an ambassador of the coaching community and its mission of helping individuals thrive professionally and personally.
Requirements
- 20+ years of senior HR leadership experience, ideally at VP or C-suite level in technology or tech-adjacent organizations.
- Strong background in managing HR functions such as leadership development, HR business partnering, employee relations, or compensation and benefits.
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or developing senior leaders within organizations.
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and ability to create trust-based coaching relationships.
- Passion for helping others grow and transition leadership experience into structured coaching practice.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving startup environments.
- Ability to commit a minimum of 3–5 hours per week and engage over a long-term coaching partnership (24+ months).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a virtual, remote-first environment.
- Coaching certification is a plus but not required; willingness to complete structured ICF-certified coaching training is essential.
