Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Manager based remotely in United Kingdom.

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead full-funnel digital marketing for a growing jewelry and e-commerce retail brand.

This senior, hands-on role combines paid advertising with email and SMS marketing, giving you equal ownership of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

You will manage substantial advertising budgets across Meta Ads and Google Ads while building lifecycle marketing strategies that drive repeat purchases and long-term customer value.

Using advanced attribution tools and performance analytics, you will connect marketing investments to measurable revenue across online and physical retail channels.

You will collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership stakeholders to develop campaigns, test new approaches, and optimize customer journeys.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on growth and profitability in a high-trust, results-driven environment.

Accountabilities

You will own paid media and lifecycle marketing as two equally important components of the brand's growth strategy, combining strategic planning, hands-on execution, and data-driven optimization.

  • Lead paid media strategy: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive profitable customer acquisition.
  • Manage advertising budgets: Oversee significant paid media investments, including monthly ad spend exceeding $100,000, while optimizing audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, prospecting, and retargeting.
  • Analyze marketing performance: Use Triple Whale, Northbeam, or comparable attribution platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness, improve tracking accuracy, and connect marketing performance with actual revenue.
  • Own email and SMS marketing: Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, including campaign calendars, audience segmentation, automated workflows, and performance optimization.
  • Optimize customer journeys: Develop and refine automated email and SMS flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned-cart reminders, post-purchase communications, replenishment campaigns, and win-back initiatives.
  • Coordinate creative development: Prepare creative briefs, create visual mockups using Canva, monitor competitor activity, and align advertising creatives with email and SMS campaigns.
  • Connect acquisition and retention: Ensure paid media and lifecycle marketing work together to improve conversion rates, customer lifetime value, repeat purchases, and overall profitability.
  • Monitor and report results: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, revenue impact, campaign insights, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and use performance data to guide marketing investment decisions across online and in-store sales channels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive e-commerce marketing experience, a proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets, and strong expertise in both paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

You should be equally comfortable developing strategy, executing campaigns, interpreting complex performance data, and communicating results to stakeholders.

The key qualifications include

  • 8–10 years of marketing and advertising experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing more than $1 million in annual Meta Ads spend, alongside practical experience with Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage more than $100,000 in monthly paid media spend across customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong expertise in full-funnel e-commerce marketing, including customer acquisition, conversion optimization, customer retention, and profitability.
  • Required hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including email and SMS campaign management, automated flows, segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Experience using Triple Whale, Northbeam, or a comparable attribution platform to assess campaign performance and reconcile marketing data with actual sales.
  • Experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform and a solid understanding of online and physical retail sales performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketing data into clear insights, business recommendations, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present performance results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Practical proficiency with Canva for creating marketing mockups or supporting creative development.
  • Experience in luxury, jewelry, or other high-consideration retail categories is an advantage.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and take ownership of performance outcomes.

Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation combined with significant performance-based pay in USD.
  • 15 paid vacation days per year.
  • Paid time off for all U. S. national holidays.
  • Fully remote working arrangement, with the original opportunity specifying candidates based in Latin America or Europe and requiring a professional home-office setup.

Eligibility for candidates based in India should be confirmed during recruitment.

  • High-visibility role with direct influence over paid media investment, lifecycle marketing strategy, and business growth.
  • Opportunity to own both acquisition and retention marketing rather than focusing on a single advertising channel.
  • Collaborative, high-trust working environment where initiative, expertise, and measurable results are valued.
