Motion Graphic Designer (GFX) (Remote – Europe)

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in creating visually captivating content that enhances storytelling and elevates brand presence across digital platforms. Working in a dynamic, globally distributed team, you will contribute to projects that engage diverse audiences and communicate complex ideas with clarity and creativity. This role combines design, animation, and video editing, giving you the chance to shape how people experience digital content. Accountabilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing visually compelling graphics and bringing them to life through motion
- Creating videos, GIFs, and templates for web, social media, and other digital platforms
- Producing motion assets and visualizations to support marketing and editorial initiatives
- Transforming complex data into clear, engaging visuals that enhance storytelling
- Building and maintaining a motion library to streamline content creation
- Ensuring creative output aligns with brand guidelines while exploring opportunities to elevate the visual style
- Collaborating across teams to translate strategic goals into impactful design solutions
- Managing multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging techniques to enhance creative output
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, typography, motion graphics, and layout
- Proficiency in After Effects, along with solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience in storyboarding, animation, and rendering processes
- Strong design sensibility with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus skills
- Experience working in global or distributed teams
- Familiarity with Cinema4D
- Background in startups or fast-paced environments
- Experience with motion design for digital products, including UX/UI micro-interactions
