As part of the Markets & Demand Planning team, you will support strategic initiatives across multiple European markets by transforming complex data into actionable business insights, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve commercial performance, support forecasting activities, and identify new market opportunities. The position combines analytical rigor with operational execution, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy solving business challenges in dynamic environments.
Accountabilities
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial performance evaluations across several European markets.
- Support market‑entry assessments and help build business cases for expansion initiatives.
- Assist in developing forecasting models, commercial planning frameworks, and executive‑level reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, Finance, and Supply to drive strategic initiatives.
- Monitor OKRs, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to partnership evaluations and growth projects.
- Provide actionable insights to improve commercial decision‑making and operational scalability.
- Gradually take ownership of regional initiatives and contribute to the development of market expertise.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business analytics, demand planning, or commercial strategy within e‑commerce, marketplaces, or high‑growth digital businesses.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of e‑commerce metrics, forecasting methodologies, competitor analysis, and commercial reporting.
- Experience conducting market research and transforming data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across international and cross‑functional teams.
- Interest in sustainability and the circular economy is highly valued.
- Candidates must be based in Europe (including the UK) and hold a valid right to work.
