We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will focus on executing and localising high-impact marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market, ensuring strong alignment between brand positioning, customer needs, and commercial goals. You will work across campaigns, events, webinars, and digital channels to increase visibility and adoption of key products within a rapidly scaling healthcare ecosystem. The position requires close collaboration with sales, product, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong go-to-market execution. You will directly contribute to improving customer engagement and supporting healthcare professionals through better digital tools.

Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market, including webinars, events, partnerships, and field marketing activities.
  • Support the visibility and growth of key products through localised campaigns and targeted communications.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of webinars and physical or virtual events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and optimise local web content such as landing pages, product pages, and campaign-specific materials.
  • Deliver clear and effective customer and prospect communications supporting product launches, feature adoption, and commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, support, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.
  • Adapt and localise global marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in event management, webinars, or field marketing execution.
  • Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and strong English communication skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including web content, email campaigns, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Support.
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently while aligning with broader marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, or webinar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, therapy, or vertical SaaS environments is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content optimisation, or customer lifecycle marketing is beneficial.
