Accountabilities
- Manage ongoing client relationships through consistent communication, performance updates, and proactive issue resolution while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion, aligning internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Support SEO and PPC initiatives by tracking KPIs such as ROI, traffic growth, conversion rates, and budget utilization, identifying optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions and upsell or cross-sell additional services when relevant.
- Oversee client onboarding processes, maintain accurate documentation, and manage support systems to ensure operational continuity and accountability.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration, organize meetings, track action items, and contribute to workflow improvements that enhance team productivity.
- Provide flexible support for special projects and evolving marketing priorities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency environment supporting SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices, with the ability to interpret and communicate performance data effectively.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience with marketing project coordination, documentation processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Availability to work full-time, aligned with CST hours (8am–5pm).
