This role is a leadership opportunity to drive and optimize talent acquisition operations across a dynamic, high-growth environment. The Manager will lead a team of recruiters, ensuring operational excellence, consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment services, and career development for team members. You will design and implement efficient recruitment workflows, build strategic talent pipelines, and foster relationships with external partners such as universities, staffing agencies, and training programs. This position requires balancing hands-on recruiting for complex roles with operational management, coaching, and process improvement. Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, providing feedback, performance reviews, and career guidance.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations including requisition intake, workflow distribution, and pipeline management.
  • Standardize and document recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  • Conduct structured intake and kick-off calls with hiring managers to define requirements and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external talent sources, including staffing agencies, universities, and certification programs.
  • Manage recruitment analytics, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex recruiting situations, offer negotiations, and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 3+ years in recruitment operations or process management.
  • 1–2 years of direct people management experience leading recruiting teams, preferably in high-volume or complex hiring environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and coach team members, support career progression, and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Experience building strategic talent pipelines and managing relationships with staffing agencies, educational institutions, or training programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance including EEO, OFCCP, ADA.
