In this role, you will act as a key HR business partner to senior leaders, helping shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across multiple business functions and regions. Accountabilities:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for global business units, supporting leadership teams in aligning people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent development, and change management initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution aligned with company values.
- Support performance management processes, development conversations, and leadership capability building across multiple levels of the organization.
- Own regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA, including labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, equality plans, and termination processes.
- Oversee contractor and EOR compliance across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local regulations and internal policies.
- Partner with People Operations to manage lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, compensation cycles, and data integrity in HR systems.
- Collaborate with global HRBPs and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in global people programs, including DEI, performance, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Use HR systems and data insights (including Workday) to support reporting, audits, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or senior HR generalist roles.
- Strong experience supporting GTM, customer-facing, onboarding, or strategy-focused business functions.
- Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, including CBAs, equality plans, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across multiple EMEA countries.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise leaders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, employee relations, and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience working in remote-first, high-growth, and globally distributed organizations is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
