We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join a dynamic creative team, responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, compelling stories that resonate with professional audiences. In this role, you will shape narrative arcs, define pacing, and deliver finished videos that balance clarity, credibility, and visual appeal. You will work on a mix of high‑polish brand projects, fast‑turnaround growth videos, and social content, collaborating closely with producers, animators, and marketing teams. Accountabilities
- Edit raw footage into compelling narratives, managing pacing, structure, and emotional impact.
- Deliver locked cuts for animation integration, then finalize videos with color grading and audio mixing.
- Produce social media cutdowns and alternate formats to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with video producers, animators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.
- Maintain organized project files with clear naming, version control, and export management.
- Uphold a consistent, professional visual style across all video content.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in technology or software‑focused companies.
- Strong narrative instincts with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling through editing.
- Expertise in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for editing and color grading.
- Working knowledge of After Effects for basic compositing and cleanup.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted editing tools and modern workflows (Frame.io, Descript, Notion).
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
