We are seeking a data-driven and creative Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale affiliate, referral, and revenue-share programs. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to turn these channels into predictable, high-impact drivers of growth. You will define program strategy, optimize existing initiatives, and collaborate with partners, marketing, and brand teams to unlock new opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, using both analytical insights and creative problem-solving to accelerate acquisition and revenue. You will manage key partnerships, track performance metrics, and continuously innovate to ensure maximum program impact.
Accountabilities
- Own and scale affiliate, referral, and revenue-share programs, turning them into major acquisition channels.
- Develop a holistic strategy and playbook for affiliate and referral marketing, including program design, recruitment, and activation.
- Modernize existing programs to maximize ARR and overall revenue contribution.
- Build, nurture, and grow relationships with affiliates, partners, and creators, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to align programs with broader campaigns and launches.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics.
- Launch and manage campaigns to recruit new partners, improve engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Strong alignment with organizational values and a customer- and growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5).
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven success growing affiliate, referral, or revenue-share programs, ideally for SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing complex programs with multiple moving parts.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing trends and best practices.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into recommendations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Driven, proactive, and results-focused, with a track record of optimizing marketing channels for growth.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, digital subscriptions, or creator economy programs; familiarity with PartnerStack.
