We are currently looking for a Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Software Engineer in Europe. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience by optimizing the Go-to-Market technology stack. You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to implement scalable, data-driven solutions that improve lead generation, customer retention, and the full buying journey. This position offers the opportunity to own projects from concept to launch, drive automation, and solve complex technical challenges. You will contribute to building intuitive software, implementing test automation, and leveraging analytics to uncover actionable insights that guide business decisions.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to optimize the GTM stack for efficiency, automation, and insights.
- Lead technical implementation for projects across the GTM stack, owning solutions from conceptualization to launch.
- Conduct data analysis to identify actionable business insights and align with stakeholders on product objectives.
- Implement test automation (unit and integration tests) to maintain high software quality standards.
- Research, propose, test, and integrate new techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Solve complex technical challenges while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align on design principles, coding standards, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET/Core.
- Strong experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Expertise in TDD, test automation, SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server), and integration with third-party APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders outside of engineering.
- Proven ability to build intuitive software and drive projects with ownership and initiative.
- Comfortable working in small teams, asking questions, and learning quickly from mistakes.
- Bonus: experience with Selenium, Entity Framework, Ember.js, or other modern frameworks and tools.
