This role sits at the heart of a global, fast‑scaling Revenue Operations function, where data is a core driver of strategic decision‑making. You will go far beyond reporting, acting as a key analytical partner to marketing and revenue leaders to shape investment decisions, optimize full‑funnel performance, and define how growth is measured across channels. In a highly international, fully remote environment, you will work across complex data ecosystems to build robust attribution models, evaluate brand and performance marketing effectiveness, and uncover actionable insights that directly influence revenue outcomes. This is a high‑impact position where your work will guide marketing strategy, budget allocation, and long‑term growth planning. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear narratives that inform executive‑level decisions. The environment is highly autonomous, async‑first, and deeply focused on ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of advanced multi‑touch attribution models to evaluate marketing performance across the full customer journey.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks covering paid, organic, and brand marketing performance, including Share of Voice, brand awareness, and sentiment analysis.
  • Drive strategic planning and forecasting for marketing investments, delivering data‑driven recommendations for budget allocation and growth prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain LTV and predictive models to support acquisition, retention, and customer quality optimization strategies.
  • Analyze full‑funnel performance from awareness to closed‑won revenue, identifying friction points and growth opportunities across the B2B marketing funnel.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across marketing systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations, acting as a guardian of trusted data sources.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and mentor analysts by setting high standards for analytics excellence and enabling scalable reporting practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS, enterprise, or high‑growth tech environments.
  • Strong expertise in attribution modeling, particularly multi‑touch attribution across complex marketing funnels.
  • Deep understanding of full‑funnel marketing analytics, including organic growth, brand tracking, and non‑paid performance measurement.
  • Strong technical proficiency with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Sigma).
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, async, and remote‑first environments.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Benefits

  • Fully remote, global‑first work environment with asynchronous flexibility.
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $52,600 to $147,950 USD (depending on location and experience).
  • Stock options and equity participation.
  • Flexible paid time off and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Home office and IT equipment budget.
  • Learning and development budget for professional growth.
  • Mental health and well‑being support services.
