This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and scale the operational backbone of a fast-growing European business. You will oversee governance, compliance, and performance infrastructure across multiple countries, ensuring predictable, efficient, and risk-free operations. The position blends strategy, analytics, and execution, supporting market expansion, country launches, and operational process design. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize workflows, and enable commercial and technical teams to operate at scale. This is a hands-on role requiring high organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-first environment with occasional travel (~20%).

Accountabilities

  • Own European operational readiness, supporting market entry across compliance, insurance, certifications, banking, and invoicing.
  • Manage governance and compliance calendars, ensuring accurate filings, renewals, audits, and statutory obligations across multiple countries.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable operational processes that improve efficiency and support rapid expansion.
  • Build and manage partner and business performance frameworks, collaborating with regional managers and leadership.
  • Collect, structure, and maintain high-quality data to support performance tracking, forecasting, and operational reporting.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for executive reviews, board meetings, and quarterly business reviews, providing actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain a predictable operating cadence, including performance reviews, governance checkpoints, and decision forums.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including operating model evolution, pricing frameworks, events, and cross-functional projects.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party providers and capture structured market, competitive, and partner feedback.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in consulting or operations with a proven ability to move from analysis to execution.
  • Experience scaling businesses across multiple European countries, ideally in high-growth B2B, technology, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of European compliance, governance, and multi-country operational complexities.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple partners, markets, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Data literate with experience in structuring, analyzing, and presenting insights; familiarity with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; French is preferred.
  • EU citizenship or permanent work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
  • Comfortable with remote work and travel across Europe (~20%).
