This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Motion & Video Designer based in the United Kingdom. This role sits at the intersection of product storytelling, motion design, and brand expression, shaping how a modern SaaS platform is visually understood across every touchpoint.
You will be responsible for translating complex product capabilities into clear, engaging, and visually compelling motion content that supports launches, campaigns, and ongoing product education. Working closely with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams, you will help define how features and ideas come to life through animation, video, and motion systems. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on consistency, scalability, and craft. Beyond producing individual assets, you will also contribute to building a unified motion design system that strengthens brand identity across channels.
This is a hands-on creative role with strategic influence, where your work directly shapes how users, developers, and customers experience the product.
Accountabilities- Produce animated product demos, feature explainers, and launch videos that translate complex product functionality into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Design motion graphics and UI animations that bring product workflows, features, and value propositions to life in a consistent and on-brand way.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Design teams to transform launches and strategic initiatives into compelling visual storytelling assets.
- Develop and evolve a scalable motion and video design system, including templates, intros, outros, lower thirds, thumbnails, and reusable motion assets.
- Produce and edit video content across multiple formats and channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and visual standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and deliver high-quality video content for campaigns, events, webinars, and product releases.
- 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related creative field, supported by a strong portfolio of motion and video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and other relevant design and video tools.
- Experience creating product-focused videos such as SaaS feature explainers, demos, or launch content.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, typography, and end-to-end video production workflows.
- Experience building reusable motion systems, templates, and scalable video design assets for brands or product teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- AI literacy, with the ability to integrate AI tools into creative workflows while maintaining strong creative judgment and quality standards.
- A degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Film, or a related field is a plus, or equivalent professional experience.
