We are currently looking for a Manager of Dedicated Implementations in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will lead a regional implementation function responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding experiences to enterprise and mid-market customers across EMEA. You will build and manage a team of implementation specialists, ensuring customers realise value quickly and consistently as they begin using a complex, high-impact platform. Operating in a remote-first and fast-moving environment, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve processes, scale delivery, and enhance customer outcomes. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment from pre-sales through implementation. You will also act as a key advocate for customers, shaping how onboarding experiences evolve across the region. It’s an opportunity to define and scale a critical function while directly influencing customer success and product adoption.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop an EMEA-based team of implementation specialists supporting enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and consistent delivery.
  • Define, scale, and continuously improve implementation processes and regional delivery models.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to scope, plan, and align customer implementations.
  • Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing customer success and adoption.
  • Act as a customer advocate, maintaining strong communication and engagement throughout onboarding journeys.
  • Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Support enterprise customers with complex onboarding needs, stakeholder alignment, and change management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Experience working with enterprise and mid-market customers in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and remote-first environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Comfortable working with technical products and learning complex systems quickly.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring success and improving delivery outcomes.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
