Accountabilities
- Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams
- Mentor new sales talent and support skill development through the program
- Leverage data and metrics to drive insight, make intelligent personnel decisions and take action quickly
- Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads to build pipeline opportunities for the sales team
- Collaborate with Sales leaders on business needs, sourcing exceptional talent, onboarding and developing the SDP team
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales
- At least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program
- Experience mentoring new sales talent and supporting skill development through a program
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions
- Experience within SaaS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
