This is an exciting opportunity to lead and scale influencer marketing initiatives within a fast-growing consumer brand operating across Europe. In this role, you will own the entire creator partnership lifecycle, from talent sourcing and relationship building to campaign execution and performance analysis. Working in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you will help transform influencer marketing into a major revenue-driving channel while strengthening brand visibility and customer engagement. Accountabilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns focused on both brand awareness and performance objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, negotiate, and cultivate relationships with creators and influencers to expand and strengthen partnership networks.
  • Develop clear, results-oriented campaign briefs and oversee content production through publication.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, extract actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
  • Build scalable influencer marketing frameworks and continuously improve workflows through automation, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Support the organization and execution of influencer events, activations, and community-building initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer strategies with broader marketing and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or performance-focused consumer business environment.
  • Strong expertise in managing influencer campaigns from strategy and talent acquisition through reporting and optimization.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs, discount code strategies, social commerce initiatives, and performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Marketing, communications, media, or related education is beneficial but not required; relevant hands-on experience is equally valued.
