You will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies that shape positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation from the ground up. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence the full user journey—from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and long-term monetization. Accountabilities
- Define and own the product marketing strategy for new B2C products, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead and align cross-functional teams (user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, product, and landing pages) to deliver growth initiatives.
- Optimize full-funnel performance across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization with a strong LTV focus.
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to identify insights and translate them into actionable growth hypotheses and experiments.
- Track and analyze key KPIs, ensuring marketing activities deliver measurable impact on revenue, engagement, and conversion.
- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve funnel efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or marketing leadership roles within B2C digital products.
- Proven ability to impact core business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional or matrix organizations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
