This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Engineer based in the United Kingdom. This role is a highly hands-on growth execution position focused on building, launching, and scaling performance marketing and demand generation systems with AI at the core of execution.
You will operate across paid acquisition, experimentation, and automation, working directly on campaigns rather than managing them through intermediaries. The environment is fast-paced and builder-oriented, where speed, testing, and iteration matter more than formal process or layered approvals.
You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work and significantly increase output across marketing operations and growth activities. A key part of your impact will come from turning data, signals, and insights into immediate actions across acquisition and ABM motions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments and prefers building systems over producing documentation.
You will play a central role in scaling growth through automation, experimentation, and hands-on campaign optimization.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, programmatic platforms, and emerging AI-native growth channels.
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, lead enrichment, reporting automation, and campaign execution.
