Accountabilities
- Lead and develop a distributed IT operations team across multiple regions, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
- Oversee global IT operations, including user provisioning, access management, SaaS administration, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Manage identity and access management systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient access controls.
- Drive automation of IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS tools, ensuring effective usage, cost control, and performance.
- Collaborate with Security, People, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and a seamless employee technology experience.
- Define, monitor, and improve key IT performance metrics to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
