You will manage full‐cycle executive search processes, from defining sourcing strategies to closing high‐impact leadership hires in competitive markets. The position requires a strong mix of research, outreach, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a heavy emphasis on passive candidate engagement. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, calibrate profiles, and ensure a high‐quality candidate experience. Operating in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, you will work across multiple regions and time zones. Accountabilities
- Own end‐to‐end executive search processes, including search strategy design, sourcing, candidate engagement, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and final closure of senior and executive roles.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and market maps across key functions, leveraging proactive outreach, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure structured, consistent, and high‐quality interview processes.
- Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions and offer positioning.
- Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‐to‐hire and candidate experience metrics, and ensure high data quality and compliance within ATS systems and relevant regulations.
- Coach and influence hiring managers on best practices in executive hiring, including diversity‐aware sourcing and structured evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands‐on executive search or senior‐level recruitment experience, ideally in in‐house talent acquisition or retained search environments.
- Proven success in closing mid‐to‐senior and executive roles (Director, VP, or C‐suite level) in competitive talent markets.
- Strong experience recruiting for technology, digital, or high‐growth sectors such as SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, gaming, or similar environments.
- Solid understanding of global talent markets, with exposure to EMEA hiring and familiarity with CIS or international tech ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders effectively.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS platforms, and data‐driven recruitment practices.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast‐paced, distributed, and remote‐first environments.
