Accountabilities

  • Lead and scale enterprise sales operations focused on complex, high‐value SaaS deals within Fortune 500 and multinational organizations.
  • Own team revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline generation activities, and strategic account growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute long‐term account strategies designed to strengthen customer relationships and maximize enterprise revenue opportunities.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and deal inspection processes using MEDDPICC and value‐based selling methodologies.
  • Conduct regular deal reviews, pipeline assessments, and account planning sessions to improve sales execution and win rates.
  • Lead negotiations involving procurement, legal, technical stakeholders, and executive decision‐makers across complex buying groups.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and deliver compelling business cases, ROI models, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support adoption, retention, and customer expansion initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, forecasting trends, and opportunity data to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including significant leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams and complex sales cycles.
  • Proven success closing multi‐million‐dollar enterprise deals involving global organizations and large multi‐stakeholder buying groups.
  • Deep expertise with MEDDPICC and value‐selling methodologies, including hands‐on experience managing pipeline risk and improving forecasting accuracy.
  • Strong experience driving enterprise sales motions, strategic account planning, and data‐driven revenue management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead distributed or global sales teams within remote‐first or high‐growth technology environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using pipeline metrics, forecasting data, opportunity aging reports, and performance KPIs to guide decision‐making.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross‐functionally with product, marketing, legal, customer success, and technical stakeholders.
  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, analytics, identity management, infrastructure SaaS, or related technology sectors is highly preferred.
