This role is responsible for leading and scaling a global ecosystem of System Integrator (SI) partners to deliver SaaS telecom solutions successfully. You will develop partner strategies, drive onboarding and enablement programs, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery that accelerates customer adoption and satisfaction. Acting as the primary bridge between partners and internal teams, you will influence product roadmaps, standardize processes, and manage partner performance metrics. This position requires strong leadership, program management, and relationship-building skills to foster a high-performing partner network. It offers the opportunity to shape partner strategy globally while ensuring predictable, scalable delivery outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute a System Integrator partner strategy aligned with company growth and go-to-market objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable SI partners, ensuring delivery readiness and alignment with product capabilities.
- Establish partner tiers, certification programs, and engagement models to drive consistency and scalability.
- Serve as the primary partner contact during customer implementations, providing guidance, escalation support, and best practices.
- Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and frameworks to standardize partner-led delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to relay feedback, influence roadmaps, and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Track partner performance, address underperformance, recognize high-performing partners, and continuously improve partner processes.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Partner Management, Professional Services, or Consulting within a SaaS or telecom software environment.
- Proven experience onboarding and enabling System Integrators for successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS telecom platforms (OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, CPaaS).
- Experience supporting partner-led implementations in complex enterprise or carrier environments.
- Strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to partners and internal teams, balancing operational rigor with business flexibility.
- Experience designing partner certification, enablement, or global delivery programs is a plus.
