Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, including setup, optimization, monitoring, and performance reporting across multiple client accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and agencies, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Data, Newsroom, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign performance using industry tools such as Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain performance and delivery standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, processes, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Support live campaigns and key milestones, including occasional weekend or out-of-hours coordination when required.
