We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer in the United Kingdom. In this executive role, you will lead the marketing strategy and growth engine of a fast-growing, AI-powered platform connecting creators with their audiences worldwide. You will be responsible for building a high-performing marketing organization, driving diversified acquisition, and ensuring brand integrity as the platform scales into mainstream markets. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, encompassing acquisition, brand, and revenue marketing while shaping category positioning. You will partner closely with executive leadership, product, sales, and creator success teams to align incentives and deliver measurable business impact.
Accountabilities
- Own growth of the marketing-led revenue cohort, scaling acquisition and GMV materially within the first 12 months.
- Build and lead high-performing Acquisition, Brand, and Revenue Marketing teams, including hiring and developing second-line leaders.
- Develop and scale a diversified acquisition engine across paid, organic, creator-led, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Establish predictable CAC, payback periods, and cohort quality across channels while reducing dependency on saturated acquisition surfaces.
- Protect and elevate brand reputation while shaping category narrative, positioning, and trust in mainstream markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creator Success, and executive leadership to align strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing organizations of 10+ people in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, funnels, CAC, LTV, and cohort quality.
- Strong strategic and operational marketing skills, balancing growth initiatives with brand stewardship.
- Excellent people leadership, including performance management, hiring, and talent development.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, making high-conviction decisions with imperfect data, and navigating shifting priorities.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in AI, tech, or platform-driven businesses is highly advantageous.
