Our partner is looking for a Brand Communications, PR & Thought Leadership Manager based in the United Kingdom. This role is designed for a strategic storyteller who can elevate executive voices and build lasting brand influence within the digital marketing and AI landscape.
You will work closely with company leadership to transform ideas, industry expertise, and customer success stories into compelling content that earns credibility across multiple channels. From thought leadership articles and LinkedIn content to podcasts, media outreach, and original research, your work will strengthen brand authority and industry recognition. Accountabilities
- Partner directly with founders and senior leaders to develop executive communication strategies and strengthen personal brand visibility.
- Transform interviews, conversations, and business insights into high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, scripts, and other thought leadership assets.
- Build and manage executive content calendars, ensuring a consistent voice and publishing cadence across multiple platforms.
- Develop thought leadership strategies by identifying emerging industry trends and creating original, research-backed content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, publication teams, and industry influencers to secure earned media opportunities.
- Coordinate guest articles, podcast appearances, webinars, speaking engagements, award submissions, and media outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, SEO, AI, design, and content teams to transform customer insights into impactful campaigns and original research.
- Repurpose content across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing audience reach.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Brand Communications, Public Relations, Executive Communications, Content Marketing, or Thought Leadership.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with experience producing executive-level content.
- Proven experience working directly with founders, executives, or subject matter experts to build personal brands.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, B2B marketing, executive positioning, and personal branding strategies.
- Experience pitching articles, podcasts, webinars, conferences, and other earned media opportunities.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or similar platforms.
- Ability to identify compelling stories from customer experiences, internal expertise, and industry trends.
