This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Local SEO Account Manager for Client Success & Growth based in the United Kingdom. This role is centered on managing and growing relationships with a diverse portfolio of local business clients, helping them improve visibility, generate leads, and maximize ROI through Local SEO and digital marketing services. You will act as the primary client-facing point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and consistent value delivery across all accounts. The position blends account management, customer success, and light sales responsibilities, with a strong focus on retention and long-term client growth. You will translate performance data into clear, actionable insights through regular reporting and strategic discussions. Working closely with internal SEO and delivery teams, you will help align client expectations with execution quality. Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup, clear expectations, and strong initial engagement with services and processes.

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign outcomes in a clear and client-friendly format.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client value through additional SEO services, advertising, or content solutions.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and take preventive action to ensure high retention and low churn rates.
  • Coordinate with internal SEO, project management, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of client strategies and requests.
  • Support continuous account growth by aligning client goals with marketing performance and long-term optimization strategies.
