The role sits at the intersection of growth, CRM, and product‑led growth (PLG), requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. You will build structured lifecycle systems in a fast‑moving, data‑evolving environment where foundations are still being developed. Your work will directly influence conversion rates, activation speed, and long‑term customer value across multiple European markets. This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Growth teams. You will help turn fragmented lifecycle touchpoints into a cohesive, scalable revenue engine.
Accountabilities

- Build and optimize behavioral segmentation and lifecycle triggers leveraging data from Amplitude and Segment.
- Develop automated messaging and engagement flows using tools such as Intercom, Braze, or Customer.io.
- Build automation workflows and integrations using Make and Zapier to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify lifecycle gaps (especially pre‑signup nurture and KYB completion) and design experiments to improve conversion, activation, and cross‑sell performance.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, RevOps, and Performance Marketing to ensure a unified acquisition‑to‑retention lifecycle motion.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning CRM or lifecycle marketing programs end‑to‑end in B2B SaaS, fintech, or PLG environments.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and reporting.
- Experience designing and scaling multi‑channel lifecycle programs across email and at least one of WhatsApp, in‑app messaging, or SMS.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building behavioral segmentation using product and customer data.
- Ability to interpret and act on data from tools such as Amplitude and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with modern CRM and automation ecosystems (e.g., Intercom, Braze, Customer.io, Zapier, Make).
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or German are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct ownership.

- Equity participation through a stock options plan.
- Fully remote work setup within Europe, with occasional in‑person meetups.
