Accountabilities

  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders on a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory matters
  • Support the design and launch of new products and services, including cross-border regulatory considerations and compliance frameworks
  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing documents such as contracts, disclosures, and platform materials
  • Manage and negotiate commercial agreements with institutional clients and strategic partners
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and liaise with authorities across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure high-quality legal support when needed
  • Work closely with global legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent and aligned practices

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Background in financial services, fintech, regulatory bodies, or technology-driven organizations
  • Strong academic credentials and solid legal analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from initiation to completion
