Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles at scale.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and large‑scale distributed systems.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and hosting environments, ideally including Digital Ocean, Hetzner, or similar infrastructure providers.
- Experience with databases and data systems such as Postgre SQL, Redis, Click House, and Mongo DB is a plus.
- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools (e. g., Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, ELK stack) with a strong sense of operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing infrastructure costs and improving system performance in production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical stakeholders in a fully remote, async‑first setup.
- Proven hands‑on use of AI tools to deliver measurable engineering or operational improvements.
- Experience mentoring or leading other engineers in a technical capacity.
