In this role you will play a critical part in steering the company’s growth across Europe by implementing business development strategies tailored to the region. Your responsibilities encompass identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships. Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain a business plan to achieve and exceed goals for new and existing accounts.
  • Design customer‑specific, value‑based solutions to meet sales objectives.
  • Create strategies for maintaining a robust prospect pipeline including client meetings and presentations.
  • Participate in industry associations and trade shows.
  • Execute the business plan and track performance of leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs aligning with provided solutions.

  • Collaborate with management and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Aviation, Procurement & Acquisition, or related field.

  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned region.
  • Must reside in the UK near Farnborough.
  • Proven executive selling skills with experience selling to senior executives.
  • Ability to sell intangible solutions professionally.
  • Working knowledge of the management territory with immediate addressable targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematics aptitude for performing calculations and analyzing data.
  • Cooperative demeanor in both customer and team interactions.
