Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers, supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI/ML workloads in large‑scale GPU cloud environments.
- Guide customers in designing scalable architectures for machine learning training and inference, ensuring performance, reliability, and seamless integration.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, support technical presentations, and contribute to customer growth strategies.

Requirements

- Strong technical expertise in GPU computing environments, including ML training, inference workloads, and GPU technologies such as CUDA or OpenCL.
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a consultative and problem‑solving mindset.
- Experience with distributed AI/ML systems, HPC orchestration frameworks, or deep learning technologies is highly valued.
