This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Intune & JAMF Administrator based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize enterprise device environments by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations.

You will work with modern device management technologies across Windows and Apple ecosystems, supporting users and strengthening organizational security.

The position combines technical expertise, automation skills, and security best practices to improve workplace technology experiences.

Accountabilities

As an Intune & JAMF Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and continuously improving corporate endpoint environments.

You will ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and optimized while collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable IT services.

  • Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro environments.
  • Manage Windows and Apple device ecosystems, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, and security policies.
  • Configure and maintain Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Endpoint Security settings.
  • Support mac OS administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise device management processes.
  • Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and device provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate and maintain endpoint management solutions with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
  • Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell and other scripting technologies.
  • Manage patching processes, software deployment, and application distribution across corporate devices.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to support critical P1 incidents when required.
  • Apply endpoint security and Zero Trust best practices to strengthen device protection.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced endpoint management professional with strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple device ecosystems.

You should have hands‑on experience managing enterprise environments, implementing security controls, and automating IT operations.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT endpoint management or related roles.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency required for communication with international teams.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration.
  • Hands‑on experience managing Jamf Pro environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mac OS administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing both Windows and Apple corporate devices.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and device lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, and configuration management.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency with Power Shell scripting and automation techniques.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Advanced or fluent Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Experience with Bash, Shell scripting, or Python automation.
  • Jamf certifications.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, SC-200, SC-900, or AZ-900.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security frameworks and endpoint security best practices.
