Accountabilities

- Investigate transaction failures by analyzing logs, monitoring tools, and system behavior to determine root causes.
- Troubleshoot API-related issues involving REST APIs, JSON structures, and client-server communication.
- Use technical tools such as Postman to validate requests and support integration testing.
- Prepare clear incident reports, document technical findings, and communicate solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and guide partners through complex operational challenges.
