We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and scale all commercial operations for a high-growth B2B SaaS business. In this role, you will own the end-to-end revenue engine, from demand generation to conversion, retention, and expansion. You will build, optimize, and inspire high-performing Sales and Marketing teams while collaborating closely with leadership to refine positioning, sharpen messaging, and accelerate sustainable growth. This position offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to influence the company’s market presence, revenue performance, and brand reputation. Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy covering positioning, ideal customer profile, messaging, and growth initiatives.
- Lead Sales and Marketing operations, including pipeline generation, lead qualification, demo and closing processes, and retention strategies.
- Implement a metrics-driven sales motion, with clear forecasting, deal review, and performance management practices.
- Analyze funnel data, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
- Drive pricing, packaging, and expansion experiments to maximize revenue growth and market fit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices, benchmark performance, and leverage insights across teams.
- Inspire, coach, and scale high-performing commercial teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS commercial roles, with exposure to both Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue engines in SMB or mid-market SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, NDR/GDR, pipeline conversion, churn, and payback periods.
- Expertise in modern Marketing channels (SEO, paid, content, email, partnerships) and Sales motions (discovery, demos, negotiation, closing).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance across the funnel.
- Experience building and leading small but effective commercial teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership abilities to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French; comfort working in a fully remote environment with high autonomy.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS ecosystems is a plus.
