You will take ownership of all marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, content, email, and website optimization, driving lead generation, revenue growth, and long-term brand strength. The position requires both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving, startup-like environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, analyzing performance data, testing new growth channels, and building scalable marketing processes. Accountabilities
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, paid media, content, email, website, and performance marketing).
- Audit current marketing efforts, identify gaps, and build integrated plans to drive qualified leads, revenue, and brand awareness.
- Lead campaign execution, including channel optimization, testing, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform strategy and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth priorities.
- Manage external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
- Establish processes, dashboards, and reporting to enhance clarity, accountability, and execution speed.
Requirements
- 6β10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably in a startup or remote-first environment.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), website optimization, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics/GA4 and other measurement tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and presenting insights clearly.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for building and scaling marketing systems over time.
- Experience with email marketing, CRO, and US-focused campaigns is a plus.
