Group Financial Controller - REMOTE

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of accounting for the Group's global operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. You will lead month-end processes, manage financial controls, and work closely with various departmental leaders to optimize business performance. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you manage a global financial control team and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders to support efficient financial operations.

Accountabilities

• Lead all accounting operations, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines
• Manage financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow processes globally
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
• Act as primary contact for internal audits and government reporting
• Partner with various departments for improved performance and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in finance
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting practices
• Experience in managing a finance team and accounting functions
• Proven track record in regulatory and compliance matters
• Ability to work effectively with external auditors and tax advisors
• Experience in a global company, preferably within a software or technology sector
