We are currently looking for a Web Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be central to crafting engaging web experiences that resonate with users. Your work will span across various platforms including the marketing site and learning tools, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to design visually stunning and functionally effective web components. Accountabilities
- Support web design needs across the marketing site and Help Center.
- Animate creative assets using Rive or similar tools.
- Design scroll-driven experiences and component interactions.
- Create motion briefs for external contractors.
- Build CMS-ready components and maintain design libraries.
- Co-own the evolution of the web motion system.
- Ensure accessibility and performance compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering on design implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma and its advanced features.
- Experience with Rive or creating motion assets.
- Strong visual craft skills including typography and composition.
